Ground surface disposal

Ø  The ground surface must be flat, dry, free of dust, dirt and crack.

Ø  The bad and floppy ground surface has to be deal with by grinding, repairing.

Ø  Ground surface must dry and properly primed,the surface temperature must be a minimum of 10℃.

 Application Instruction

1,Primer should be used correctly for different kinds of ground surface,S700 is for the absorb surface,S710 is for non-absorb ground surface.It used for preventing air bubble and strengthen the self-leveling compound and substrate. 

2,Add 6.3-6.5litre water to a clean mixing bucket first, then add S20 powder whilst stirring slowly. After approx three minutes mixing evenly ,pour S20 mortar onto the prepared ground surface ,using R1/R3 scraper to spread and finish off. The process should be control in 20minutes.

3,A 3mm layer of S20 will be walk able after 5hours at 23℃,and ready to receive floor covering within 48hours, This time is extended at lower and reduced at higher temperature.

important indication:

Ø  For internal area only,not suitable for feather edge and thickness under 2 mm.

Ø  Low temperature or high humidity will delay primer dry time,also delay self-leveling compound construction .

Ø  Avoid contact with skin and eyes ,in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seed doctor advice. Wear suitable glove sand keep the product out of the reach of children.

Ø  S35 is packed in 25KG paper sacks, it should be stored in dry conditions . Stacked on a standard pallet is not more than eight layer, shelf life of 6 months.
